A clear yellow to very pale brown liquid with a fragrant citrus flavour and aroma when diluted as recommended.
Function / Dosage:
This product can be used as a flavour/fragrance ingredient in food applications, notably beverages. Recommended dosage is 0.1% to 0.3% (v/v) as consumed in the final product. For best results combine the Yuzu flavour with citric acid to give an authentic tart, strong sour flavour to the finished product. Starting at 0.25% (w/w) citric acid for low sugar products and increasing the level of citric acid to 0.6%(w/w) as the amount of sugar increases .
