Function / Dosage:
This product can be used as flavour ingredient in food applications. Recommended dosage is 0.2% to 0.6% (w/w). Dietary fibre content is 72%.

Shelf Life:
Up to 12 months if kept sealed in a cool place (less than 30°C) with limited head space protected from light. Do not refrigerate.
