A high purity viscous glucose syrup produced by controlled enzyme conversion of food grade wheat starch followed by demineralisation and concentration.
Function / Dosage:
Glucose Syrup is ideally suited for the manufacture of confectionery products, syrups of all kinds, and dairy products. It may also be used as a carrier in drying and evaporating processes and as a partial substitute for sucrose.

Ingredients:
Glucose syrup >99.9% (wheat derived), Sodium Metabisulphite <0.01%. Gluten content <20ppm and does not require labelling as per FSANZ 1.2.3-4 CONTAINS: Sulphite.

Shelf Life:
Up to 12 months if kept sealed in a cool place with limited head space away from direct sunlight. Excess heat should be avoided to prevent brown colour formation.
Regulations:
This product shall at the time of delivery conform in every respect to the provisions of the Australia/NZ food standards and regulations made thereunder. AFIS does not use genetically modified organisms for the manufacture of their products and to the best of our knowledge the above product is manufactured from raw materials that have not been genetically modified. This product does not require labelling as a genetically modified food in accordance with FSANZ 1.5.2.
