Function / Dosage:
This water-soluble product can be used as a preservative in foods or pharmaceuticals. Concentration is 40% (w/v). Refer to FSANZ 1.3.1 Schedule 1 for maximum levels allowed in foods. https://www.foodstandards.gov.au/code/Pages/default.aspx
