Function / Dosage:
This water-soluble product can be used as a preservative in foods or pharmaceuticals. Refer to FSANZ 1.3.1 Schedule 15 for maximum levels allowed in foods. http://www.foodstandards.gov.au/thecode/foodstandardscode.cfm. The user is responsible for the microbiological stability of its products. The water used in the production of aqueous sorbate solutions should not contain any reactive substances, such as free chlorine. We recommend following the hygienic requirements according to Good Manufacturing Practice (GMP).

Shelf Life:
12 months if kept sealed in a cool place with limited head space away from direct sunlight. Do not refrigerate.

It shall at the time of delivery conform in every respect to the provisions of the Australia/NZ food standards and regulations made thereunder. This product does not require labelling as a genetically modified food in accordance with FSANZ 1.5.2.
