Function / Dosage:
Acacia gum has long been used for its functional properties (texturisation, emulsion stabilisation, film-forming ability, compression agent). Thanks to its very low viscosity and its absence of taste and odour, Acacia gum can be incorporated in large amounts in foodstuffs without disturbance of their organoleptic properties. (85% Dietary Fibre)

Shelf Life:
Store in a clean, dry, well-ventilated warehouse at ambient temperature, away from odorous materials. Storage at temperatures greater than 35ºC may lead to a decreased shelf-life. For stock control purposes, a shelf-life of 12 months is specified.
