Function / Dosage:
Citric acid is widely used in the food, beverage and pharmaceutical industries to impart a clean, refreshing tartness. It's prime use is as an acidulant, but it is also used as a sequestrant of metal ions to give protection from the development of off-flavours and off-odours in certain foodstuffs.

Shelf Life:
Store in a clean, dry, well-ventilated warehouse at ambient temperature, away from odorous materials. Storage at temperatures greater than 35ºC may lead to a decreased shelf-life. For stock control purposes, a shelf-life of 12 months is specified.

This product shall at the time of delivery conform in every respect to the provisions of the Australia/NZ food standards and regulations made thereunder.
