Function / Dosage:
This product can be used as a flavour/fragrance ingredient in food applications. Recommended dosage is 0.1% (w/w) as consumed in the final product. At this dosage the final beverage will contain 80 ppm Quinine hydrochloride.

Ingredients:
Ethanol (starch &/or sugar derived), water, quinine hydrochloride, synthetic (8% w/w) and natural flavour substances. Any flavouring substance or preparation in this product is listed as GRAS by FDA and/or FEMA.
