Function / Dosage:
This product can be used as a flavour/fragrance ingredient in food applications. Recommended starting dosage is 0.1% to 0.3% as consumed in the final product.

Shelf Life:
12 months if kept in a cool place (20C max) with limited head space, protected from direct sunlight. Shake well before use.

When the flavour is dosed at below 2.0% in final product it complies with the current Food Standards Code 1.5.2 and does not require additional labelling
