White in colour, it is used to enhance the colour and sheen of certain foods. This product which is dispersible but insoluble in water creates a white colour when dispersed in the final product.

Function / Dosage:
This product can be used as an ingredient to colour foods, cosmetics or pharmaceuticals. It is suitable for colouring products where the moisture levels are low. Ideal for oil based bakery and confectionery applications and for use in dry blends. Maximum dosage in food is 1% (w/w) as consumed in the final product.

Titanium Dioxide C.I. 77891 (171). Dye content is not less than 99% (w/w). Any colouring agent in this product is listed as GRAS by FDA and/or FEMA.

1kg and 3kg tamper evident polyethylene containers and 25kg polyethylene lined paper sacks
Shelf Life:
10 years from date of manufacture in original pack and 24 months once opened and in use, if kept sealed in a cool place with limited head space away from direct sunlight. Do not refrigerate.
Regulations:
This product is manufactured from colours conforming to FAO/WHO JECFA specifications. It shall at the time of delivery conform in every respect to the provisions of the Australia/NZ food standards and regulations made thereunder. AFIS does not use genetically modified organisms for the manufacture of their products and to the best of our knowledge the above product is manufactured from raw materials that have not been genetically modified. This product does not require labelling as a genetically modified food in accordance with FSANZ 1.5.2.
