Function / Dosage:
This water-soluble product can be used as an ingredient to colour foods, cosmetics or pharmaceuticals. Recommended dilution is approximately 0.1% as consumed in the final product, depending upon application.

Ingredients:
Water, colour (Ponceau C.I. 16255 (124)), preservative (211) and food acid (330). Dye content is not more than 4.5%. Any ingredient in this product is listed as GRAS by FDA and/or FEMA.

Shelf Life:
Shelf life is 2 years unopened, when stored in a clean, dry, cool area away from sources of heat and light. The shelf life is 12 months once opened and in use, if kept in a clean, cool place protected from heat and light. Keep container closed when not in use to prevent contamination, use clean utensils to dispense from container.
Regulations:
This product is manufactured from colours conforming to FAO/WHO JECFA specifications. It shall at the time of delivery conform in every respect to the provisions of the Australia/NZ food standards and regulations made thereunder. AFIS does not use genetically modified organisms for the manufacture of their products and to the best of our knowledge the above product is manufactured from raw materials that have not been genetically modified. This product does not require labelling as a genetically modified food in accordance with FSANZ 1.5.2.
