Function / Dosage:
This product can be used as an ingredient to colour foods, cosmetics or pharmaceuticals. Recommended dilution is 0.004 to 0.03%. Maximum dosage in processed food is 0.034% (w/w) as consumed in the final product.

Allura Red C.I. 16035 (129). Dye content is not less than 85% (w/w). Any colouring agent in this product is listed as GRAS by FDA and/or FEMA.

Shelf Life:
6 years from date of manufacture in original container and 24 months once opened and in use. if stored in a clean dry area, away from heat and direct sunlight at ambient temperature, ensure container is sealed well.

This product is manufactured from colours conforming to FAO/WHO JECFA specifications. It shall at the time of delivery conform in every respect to the provisions of the Australia/NZ food standards and regulations made thereunder. AFIS does not use genetically modified organisms for the manufacture of their products and to the best of our knowledge the above product is manufactured from raw materials that have not been genetically modified. This product does not require labelling as a genetically modified food in accordance with FSANZ 1.5.2.
