Function / Dosage:
This product can be used as a flavour/colour ingredient in food products. Recommended dosage is 1.0 to 3.0% as consumed in the final product. Dye content is 0.17% (w/w).

Ingredients:
Water, wetting agent (1520), food gum (415), natural and synthetic flavour substances, colours (Tartrazine C.I. 19140 (102) and Sunset Yellow C.I. 15985 (110), food acid (330) and preservative (211). Any flavouring substance or preparation in this product is listed as GRAS by FDA and/or FEMA.

Shelf Life:
